Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes to the order. Orders that need to be changed will have to be cancelled and refunded back to the original form of payment and replaced.

However, if the shipping address needs to be changed or the contact information, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order. Please note: Make sure that the shipping address is correct on the order. We are not responsible for missing information on shipping information.
