Please note if we are running sales or promotions with discount codes you will be unable to double stack discount codes on sales. This applies to the GOVX discount code as well.
If we have an item on sale and the discount is more than a discount code is then the discount code will negate the sales price.

During Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales this will typically be the case as you will see items on sale and the items will already be discounted at their maximum amount.
