Will the slide coating/cerakote be affected by any holster?

The answer to this will be YES, our holsters are made from injection molded polymers and other polymer materials and as such; normal wear and tear will occur with holstering and un-holstering the pistol from any holster. 

Some factory coatings are better than others and some aftermarket coatings are better than others so we would not be able to pinpoint how much wear and tear you will have. We are not responsible for scratches/scuffs that occur on your firearm from use. 

If you are looking to minimize wear make sure you are properly cleaning out your holster. Ultimately holster wear is inevitable and it would be impossible to make a product that wouldn't wear your slides finish in some manner over time.
