How do I make a return?Updated 5 months ago

Returns or exchanges must be initiated within the 30 Day Test Drive, starting when the order was received. If your order falls outside of the 30 day return window from when you received the product we will not be able to make a return or exchange for you. 

Initiate a return here to get a return shipping label.  These labels are for your convenience and are subjected to a shipping and handling fee of $10.  For returns, this is deducted from the refund amount.  For exchanges, you will put in payment information to cover the shipping and handling fee.  If you do not wish to use the label, you may follow the below instructions:

Mail the return back to us by whichever shipping method is easiest for you. Please include a copy of the original invoice and whether you are returning for a refund or exchanging. If exchanging, please specify exactly what you are wanting in exchange. Mail to:
