Returns or exchanges must be initiated within our 30‑Day Test Drive period, beginning on the date your order was delivered. If your order falls outside of this 30‑day window, we are unable to process a return or exchange.

You can initiate a return through our Return Portal, where you will have the option to generate a prepaid return shipping label. These labels are provided for your convenience and include a $10 shipping and handling fee. For returns, this fee is deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non‑refundable. For exchanges, you will be prompted to enter payment information to cover the $10 fee. All returns must be shipped within two weeks of initiating the request.
