International Shipping

Alien Gear Holsters can be shipped to Canada, Israel Germany, Poland and Mexico. We use FedEx International for the shipping method with most orders arriving within a week of shipping. Please be aware that all items are made to order so the estimated ship date on the order confirmation will provide the most accurate estimates for the items ordered. Please note the free shipping method does not apply to international orders as the costs associated are too high, this method is for US domestic/territory orders.

International Shipments Disclaimer: Please be advised that all international shipments may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These additional charges are not included in the product or shipping costs and are the customer's sole responsibility. The customer must know and fulfill customs requirements, including payment of associated fees, to clear the shipment through customs. If these fees are not paid these packages will be subject to delays or the shipment's may return to Alien Gear Holster. If a shipment is returned to Alien Gear Holster due to non-payment of customs fees or refusal to clear customs, we will not be responsible for any associated costs. Such orders will be deemed fulfilled, and any further shipping attempts will be at the customer's expense. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to your country's customs regulations. 

Third Party Shipping Services: If you are shipping to a third-party shipping service we are not responsible for them losing your package. As soon as these are marked delivered at one of these services we will consider them as fulfilled. We will also not provide shipping labels for you to send that product back to us if it is shipped and you decided you didn't want the product to include refunds or exchanges.

Shipping Address: Please ensure that the shipping address is accurate on the order confirmation prior to shipment of product. Please ensure an email address is included at checkout in case we need to reach out to validate the shipping address on your order. If the order is completed but the shipping address must be changed, contact the carrier with your tracking number.
