Orders that are canceled before shipping will be refunded back to the original payment method. Email confirmation will be provided with the refund is processed.  Typically, refunds are reflected back into the account with a few business days but depend on your financial institution.

Items that are returned within the 30 Day Test Drive, starting when the order has been delivered, will be refunded back to the original payment method minus shipping and handling and shipping and handling fees.  

We are unable to refund to a different payment method from the original method. In the event of a gift return or a prepaid card that is no longer accessible, an Alien Gear Holsters Gift Card as store credit may be requested instead. Please specify this option on the return paperwork.
