1. Eligibility
Please note: If a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will provide a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost, including return shipping.
Refunds are available for products or services purchased directly from our company under the following conditions:
Request Period: Refund requests must be made within the 30 Day Test Drive starting when the order has been delivered.
Condition of Product: Physical products must be returned free of any custom modifications (Modified products will not be accepted in the return process and will be sent back to the customer.)
2. Process
To request a refund, please follow one of these steps:
Use the Return Portal for a return invoice and shipping label (subject to a handling fee).

Mailed items must include the original order number, name, shipping address and must have written instructions for refund or exchange. Failure to do so will prolong the return process.

3. Timeline
Processing Time: Refunds and Exchanges will typically be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned product. Holiday volumes may extend processing times.
Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.Typically, refunds are reflected back into the account within a few business days but depends on the financial institution.If the original payment method is unavailable, an Alien Gear Holsters Gift Card will be issued.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
