1. Eligibility
If a product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will provide a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost, including return shipping.
Refunds are available for products or services purchased directly from Alien Gear Holsters under the following conditions:
Request Period:
Refund requests must be submitted within the 30‑Day Test Drive, beginning on the date the order was delivered. Returned products must be shipped back within two weeks of submitting the return request.
Condition of Product:
Physical products must be returned without any custom modifications. Modified items cannot be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
2. Process
To request a refund, please choose one of the following options:
- Use our Return Portal to generate a return invoice and prepaid shipping label (a handling fee applies).

Mailed returns must include the original order number, customer name, shipping address, and written instructions indicating whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange. Missing information may delay processing.

3. Timeline
Processing Time:
Refunds and exchanges are typically processed within 3–5 business days after the returned product is received. High‑volume periods, such as holidays, may extend processing times.
Payment Method:
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Most refunds appear within a few business days, depending on your financial institution. If the original payment method is unavailable, an Alien Gear Holsters Gift Card will be issued.
Shipping Costs:
Original shipping charges are non‑refundable.
