When will I get my refund?Updated 7 months ago

Once your return has been received and processed, you will be notified via email when the refund has been issued. The provided shipping label is subjected to a shipping and handling fee which is deducted from the original amount.  Original shipping is not refundable. 

Please allow 1-3 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
