Why can't I enter in my state for a giveawayUpdated 10 months ago

Long and short of this is really due to state laws regarding certain firearms and restrictions. Each state has specific requirements for running sweepstakes or giveaways. Example: Florida, New York, and Rhode Island require full disclosure of not only the winners of a sweepstake, but also their addresses. Traditionally, though, it tends to revolve around registering a sweepstake. If we do not hit a specific time frame to register a sweepstake with a state whether it be weeks or months, then we are not allowed to offer for that state.  It is not our intention to exclude anyone, but we are not a large enough entity to step on the toes of any state laws.
